Using My Zen Zone

My Zen Zone offers original calming music and relaxation features for your personal, non-commercial use. Please use it in a way that's lawful and respectful of these Terms.

The music is original — and protected

All music, audio recordings, compositions, artwork, text, and other content in My Zen Zone are the original work of My Zen Zone and are protected by copyright. © 2026 My Zen Zone. All rights reserved.

You may listen to the music for your own personal enjoyment through the app and website. You may not copy, record, download (except through features we expressly provide, such as in-app offline downloads for your own use), redistribute, broadcast, sell, license, sample, remix, or use the music commercially — including in videos, podcasts, or other content — without our prior written permission.

Wellness note. My Zen Zone is designed for relaxation, focus, and enjoyment. It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice and is not a substitute for professional care. Please don't use the app while driving or operating machinery, and consult a qualified professional about any health concern.

Purchases and subscriptions

Any purchases or subscriptions offered in the app are processed and managed by Apple through your Apple account, and are subject to Apple's terms. You can view, manage, or cancel a subscription in your Apple account settings.

Service provided "as is"

My Zen Zone is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to keep it pleasant and reliable, we don't guarantee it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Zen Zone will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, My Zen Zone.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of My Zen Zone after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
